Emmerdale’s Kim throws a curveball over her surprise reaction to ‘force of nature’ Cain

What’s the difference between Kim and Joe Tate (Claire King and Ned Porteous) in Emmerdale? Kim’s actually got a heart.
I say this with surprise, because there was a time Kim really didn’t care about hurting other people in the village. Creating a new family at Home Farm with Will Taylor (Dean Andrews), Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) and their kids, along Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) and her son, is probably what made Kim mellow somewhat.
Whatever the reason may be, she’s now a bit more considerate of other people – something Joe lacks the ability to do.
Kim was summoned to the police station in this evening’s episode, curious as to what Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) wanted to tell her.
Emotional, Moira confirmed to Kim that she’d now like to sell her share of Butler’s Farm to her. Kim was immediately suspicious and wondered why Moira had suddenly changed her mind.
Moira refused to tell Kim her reason, so she stood up and said the sale wouldn’t happen if Moira cannot be honest.

Graham previously told Joe that if he doesn’t seriously consider what’s important to him in his life, the power he’s holding at the moment with the farm business is going to turn poisonous.
The fact Joe swanned over to the pub that evening to tell Cain about Moira selling Butler’s suggests he really doesn’t care about anyone other than those living at Home Farm.
Will Graham’s warning prove to be correct?
Is Joe going to lose everything if the power goes to his head?
