Emmerdale fans ‘know’ who saves Vinny Dingle from villain Mike and it’s a returning legend.
Viewers will know that Vinny (Bradley Johnson) has been struggling with his s.e.x.u.a.l.i.t.y recently, after developing feelings for Kammy Hadiq (Shebz Miah).
Vinny attempted to kiss Kammy and has tried to bury his feelings since. Torn between what to do, and with his wedding to Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) around the corner, Vinny turned to the internet for support.
While on an online forum, Vinny started chatting to a man named Mike (Macaulay Cooper) who told Vinny he was going through a similar situation regarding his s.e.x.u.a.l.i.t.y.

The pair eventually met up and in Tuesday’s episode (August 12) a panicked Mike rocked up to the village, claiming his girlfriend Kate kicked him out after going through his phone.
With Gabby spending the night at a spa, Vinny invited Mike round to talk things through. However, things took a shocking turn when Mike revealed the truth: everything that he had told Vinny was a lie, including his name.

Mike then threatened to destroy Vinny’s life and violently attacked Vinny before demanding £10,000 or he would tell everyone everything.
But now, fans are convinced a former Dales resident is heading back to take down Mike and save Vinny. Online, viewers have predicted Tina Dingle’s (Samantha Power) return.
Troublemaker Tina made her first appearance on the soap way back in 1994 – and is the daughter of soap icon Zak (Steve Halliwell).

She left the Dales in 1996, but made her comeback last year for Zak’s funeral. And in a shock twist it was revealed that Tina is actually the biological mother of Vinny.
On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, predicting Tina’s return, one person wrote: “Tina Dingle should come back and sort that Mike out! Poor Vinny.” Someone else added: “It could be her redemption storyline”. A third chimed in: “Yeah they might bring her back and turn her nice again.”
