Dᴇᴀᴛʜ in Paradise spinoff will bring more “puzzling twists and turns” in exciting new season
Season 4 is officially under way.
Dᴇᴀᴛʜ in Paradise spin-off series Beyond Paradise has teased more “puzzling twists and turns” as filming kicks off on the new season.
Reports recently emerged that work was under way on a yet-to-be-confirmed fourth season, and the show’s official Instagram account has now confirmed that new episodes are on the way, with production beginning.
In a picture showing a clapperboard by the coast, it wrote: “We’re back in Shipton Abbott! Filming has begun this week on the brand-new series of #BeyondParadise.
“Expect plenty of puzzling twists and turns as the team gear up for another series full of mystery, humour, and heart on the sunny shores of Devon and Cornwall,” they added.
Fans shared their excitement, one writing in the comments: “Excellent news, absolutely love this series, love Humphrey.”

“Wonderful news. It’s such a cosy show,” another added, while a third beamed: “Best news today. Would really like 8-10 episodes per season though….”
Beyond Paradise follows Kris Marshall’s DI Humphrey Goodman, who originally appeared in Dᴇᴀᴛʜ in Paradise, as he relocates to partner Martha’s (Sally Bretton) hometown of Shipton Abbott.
The third season concluded its run in May in a finale that Digital Spy dubbed “almost perfect” and “the show’s best” so far.
“Not only did it take Martha and Humphrey’s relationship to new depths, it also allowed its side characters to step further into the spotlight in a meaningful way making fans crave a season four already,” we added.
