Y’all, let’s talk about Karen, that hospital scene, and the bombshell she might drop.

So, with everything that’s happened—Karen giving birth, tragically losing one of her baby girls, and the promo for next week showing her lashing out hard—there’s a lot going on. Between grief, postpartum depression, and the overwhelming emotions of it all, it makes sense that she’s not in a stable place mentally or emotionally.

We know the girls (Andi, Danni, Sabrina) are going to be there for her… at least until life and jobs pull them away. And then it’ll probably be just Pam, Miss Lisa, and Aaron in the room. Aaron, by the way, is supposed to go check in with Zach.

Now here’s the thing nobody’s really talking about—and if someone already said it on Twitter, cool, but I haven’t seen it, so I’m saying it now:

Do you think Karen might slip up and accidentally reveal that Fatima is pregnant?

Let’s rewind. Zach already let it slip once, and Karen promised to keep it quiet until Fatima was further along. Remember the scene with Fatima in that yellow dress at Karen’s place? They had a civil moment, and Karen agreed to keep it hush-hush. But now, with her grieving, angry, and spiraling, she might just explode and say something she shouldn’t.

And here’s where it gets real messy:
A lot of people are saying, “Karen better not come at Fatima again, especially after how Fatima was there for her when she needed someone.” But let’s be honest—Karen might lash out, especially if she’s jealous or angry that Fatima still has Zach’s baby… and she doesn’t.

It’s ugly, but real: Karen might not just be mourning the loss of a child—she might be mourning the last real tie she had to Zach. And that jealousy could bubble over.

I even said this in a livestream:
If the doctors had told Karen, “We can only save one baby,” and asked her to choose… she might’ve said, “Save the one that’s Zach’s.”
I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the emotional truth for her. That was her connection. And now it’s gone.

So here’s how I think the pregnancy reveal might go down:
I don’t think Karen blurts it out in front of all the girls. But she might say something to Miss Lisa or Pam when she’s in pain or having a breakdown. And Pam—being Pam—will tell everyone. Gossip central.

So the girls might not find out from Fatima herself. They might find out through the grapevine—thanks to Karen’s emotional outburst or Pam’s big mouth.
