Fans of Emmerdale think two villagers may be more involved than it first seems

Emmerdale has been reeling from the drama of the crossover episode, and fans think they might have worked out who k.i.l.l.e.d one village villain.
During the Corriedale crossover event earlier this week, fans were treated to a number of twists and turns. Chief among them was the sudden d.e.a.t.h of villain Ray.
Ray had grudges with almost everyone in Emmerdale, and fans have been working around the clock to work out who might have k.i.l.l.e.d him. In the latest episode of the show, Joe continued to threaten Robert for control of the farm, as Robert was made to frame Moira.
When Robert found out the passports Joe asked him to plant could link Moira to Celia and Ray’s people trafficking and enslavement, he was angry, but Joe told him not to bother growing a conscience. Meanwhile, Ray’s car was discovered by the police, and Jai continued to reassure Laurel after the revelations.
However, at the end of the episode, he was called by Caleb up to the depot and told to get in a van and drive to Manchester. The pair argued, before Caleb gave in.
It was then revealed that Ray’s body appeared to be in the back of the van, sparking theories as to who might have k.i.l.l.e.d Ray.
Some people asked how the body could have been missed, while others targeted Jai, who had been in the van during Corriedale. @RyanSoapKing25 said: “Ray’s body is still in that van – how has nobody noticed?”
@MattPinnin83955 added: “Deffo “A weekend at Bernies 2″ with Ray in the van!” @vlcurrie pointed out: “At the crash scene Ray’s body was in that white van – being driven by Jai…”
Other fans questioned Joe’s involvement, predicting he knew more than he was letting on. @Momrocks50 said: “I do not the Celia is d.e.a.d and Joe is not that innocent in all this”.
@Audz32129841 wrote: “There’s still so much to be revealed in the Celia Joe story”. @craggsy82 went further, predicting: “Joe, acting very surprised about the revelations of people trafficking, knowing full well what was happening, and having Graham ‘tidy up’.”
