EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday’s (July 6) episode, which can now be streamed on BBC iPlayer. The episode in question will air at 7:30pm.

Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona) has come out of hiding after claiming that Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) murdered her during a showdown at his home.

The master manipulator, as viewers know, grew obsessed with Honey (Emma Barton) and decided to drive a wedge between her and husband Billy, who saw through her efforts to push him out of the picture.

Honey, however, believed Bea’s lies when she claimed Billy tried to sleep with her, so much so that she kicked her longtime flame out of the family home – and refused to listen to those around her who warned of Bea’s villainy.

But the truth finally came to light last week when Honey met with a former flatmate of Bea’s, who explained that the schemer tormented her – and even set her house on fire, killing their dog in the process.

Billy, meanwhile, confronted Bea and ordered her out, which led to the smashing of a few plates, with Bea cutting her hand amid the showdown.

In dark scenes, she made their brawl look worse than it was, tearing up the kitchen and phoning the police, claiming Billy tried to kill her.

When the police arrived, they were keen to question Billy, especially with no sign of Bea anywhere.

Billy stayed out of sight at the Boxing Den as the police conducted their investigation, believing him to have murdered Bea. But with Bea obsessed with both her and social media, Honey thought of a plot to catch the schemer out, staging a vigil for Bea, which she streamed online, knowing full well Bea wouldn’t be able to resist.

Her plan worked, with Bea subsequently catching Honey’s eye as she lurked around the Square. Honey gave chase to the allotment, where she claimed to have dumped Billy and would be keen to embark on a new chapter of their friendship.

Bea was delighted, suggesting that they move in together.

However, she wasn’t best pleased when Honey suggested she clear Billy’s name. When Honey attempted to phone the police to clear things up, Bea lashed out, knocking her so-called friend out.

Later, panicked Bea dragged unconscious Honey to the car and drove off. The question is: is Honey okay? And what’s more, where is Bea taking her?
