EastEnders spoilers: Clive debuts, Denise heartache and Joel attacked
EastEnders spoilers for next week tease new romance, emotional scenes and the teens take action to make Joel leave Walford, while Lauren and Mark could face trouble
It’s another eventful week onΒ EastEndersΒ coming up, with new spoilers confirming twists and turns.
Fresh from the reports that Michelle Ryan is leaving the role as Zoe Slater in a death plot, there’s tensions and exits teased next week. One character seems to be attacked, while an affair could very much be on the cards.
There’s emotional scenes for Denise Fox amid her cancer battle, and a newcomer catches Linda Carter’s eye. Angry teens take action too. Here’s all the big drama happening next week.
Tensions simmer between Lauren and Mark, as they clash over a discovery. Mark is nearly caught out by the police and he asks Lauren for help. At a lock-up, tension soon turns to passion. Later, Lauren arrives to see Mark, while she soon turns on the affection with Peter.
Laurenβs soon left shocked when Ian asks her if sheβs hiding something. Lauren insists she loves Peter, and Ian reluctantly believes her. Vicki struggles to adjust to Joel being in Walford. Nugget, Avani and Amyβs are angry about Joel being back, and Ross intervenes.
Soon, Priya and Ravi rile at Vicki and Ross about Joel. Realising no one wants him around, Joel books a train. Lily offers Joel an olive branch, but they are interrupted by Jean, Amy and Avani arrive who want him to leave Walford.
Amy and Avani come up with a plan for Joel, and ask him to meet them. At the park, Avani, Denzel, Barney, Lily, Amy, Ricky and Nugget lock Joel to a fence and soak him in beer whilst filming his humiliation.
Denise and Jack are strained as she struggles to open up to him. Jack is placed on compassionate leave at work, leaving him upset. Phil gives Jack some much needed advice, and later, Denise finally opens up to Jack about her friendβs death.
As Jack struggles with his emotions, he leaves. As the week draws to a close, Denise and Jack finally open up to one another and their relationship gets back on track.
But itβs short-lived, as Jack receives a call from the work about Joelβs attack. Linda worries that the community centre is going to shut down and turns to Ian for advice. Ian asks councillor Clive to speak with Linda, and itβs clear Linda is attracted to him.
Linda rallies the women of Walford to discuss ways of saving the Community Centre, and sheβs delighted when Clive arrives to help. Elaine senses chemistry between Clive and Linda and decides to play matchmaker.
