EastEnders’ Jac Jossa accidentally leaks huge spoiler that hints iconic Walford family are QUITTING Albert Square

EASTENDERS’ star Jacqueline Jossa has risked the wrath of soap bosses – by accidentally revealing a huge spoiler on social media.

The actress, who plays Lauren Branning in the BBC soap, shared an image from set that inadvertently revealed a major spoiler.

She posted an image of the skyline above Walford from the roof of the Queen Vic, which initially seemed innocent enough.

But eagle-eyed fans spotted that there’s a for sale sign up outside the Slater family’s home – which could spell an exit for the iconic family.

The Sun has already revealed how Zoe Slater actress Michelle Ryan has been axed from the soap, while Kat Slater star Jessie Wallace and on-screen husband Shane Richie are both taking breaks from the show.

Last month, we revealed how Michelle, 42, is leaving EastEnders, just a year after her long-awaited comeback.

She had been absent from the show for 20 years but shortly after returning, she asked bosses for time off earlier this year.

Michelle quit the soap, but scriptwriters have now made her decision permanent by killing off her character.

Meanwhile, The Sun also revealed that Jessie, 54, will take a break from her role as Queen Vic landlady Kat Slater at Christmas.

Jessie has been given permission by bosses to take a big-money job in panto as villain Captain Hook in the New Wimbledon Theatre’s production of Peter Pan between December and January.

Jessie’s on-screen husband Shane, 60, will also step away from Walford for a little while for panto season.

He is set to play Muddles, alongside Steps‘ Faye Tozer as the Wicked Queen, in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend-on-Sea.

Shane is also taking a break before his panto run to tour with The Prat Pack – pals Bradley Walsh, Joe Pasquale and Brian Conley – during September.

EastEnders airs on BBC One and is available on BBC iPlayer.
