BBC EastEnders exit ‘sealed’ for icon after ‘devastating’ baby bombshell
EastEnders viewers are convinced one much-loved character will be forced out of Walford as secrets begin to unravel

EastEnders has delivered heartbreaking scenes for Suki Panesar following teenager Avani Nandra-Hart’s (Aaliyah James) choice to end her pregnancy.
Fans of the BBC One soap will recall that Suki (Balvinder Sopal) had arranged to bring up her adoptive granddaughter’s child as her own alongside wife Eve (Heather Peace).
The shocking pregnancy revelation remained hidden from Avani’s mum and dad, as well as troublesome teen Joel Marshall (Max Murray), who was the father.
In Tuesday’s episode (August 12), Suki became wary of Avani and Eve when they fabricated a reason to leave together, oblivious to their clinic appointment plans.

“I think we should tell Suki,” Eve confided to Avani, expressing concern about deceiving her spouse. She continued: “I don’t think I can keep something this big from her because we’ve promised to be honest with each other,” reports Plymouth Live.
Avani pleaded with Eve to remain silent until after the procedure, insisting that Suki would pressure her to continue with the pregnancy, which she wasn’t prepared to do.
When Eve spoke with Suki, her partner revealed her concerns about Avani’s intention to terminate, prompting Eve to maintain Avani’s confidence.

Subsequently, Eve located Avani and assured her she hadn’t informed Suki, stating: “She’ll try to sway you, and this has to be your decision”, before they departed for the clinic.
After the procedure, an emotional Avani confessed to Eve that she wanted to find her mum Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) and reveal the truth. “I just really want my mum. I want to tell her everything,” she sobbed.
Upon Suki’s return home, she was met by Priya and Ravi (Aaron Thiara), who had already been informed of the truth by their daughter.
The angry duo revealed the shocking news that Avani had undergone a termination, stating: “There is no baby.”

Suki turned to Eve, who apologised, and Avani confirmed that she had had an abortion.
EastEnders viewers are now speculating that Suki will either be forced out of Walford by Ravi or compelled to leave the family home. Fans will also be aware that Balvinder Sopal, who plays Suki, has signed up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
One viewer posted on X: “Time for Suki to meet her fate lol she’s just as bad as Nish #EastEnders.”
Another chimed in: “Now does everyone know why Nish should’ve just k.i.l.l.e.d Suki #EastEnders”. A third predicted: “Build up for Suki’s departure to start on Strictly. #EastEnders.”

While another commented: “I was scared Ross would find out and join Suki in pressuring Avani to keep the baby. But yes! Good! Good! Go make up with Habiba and be in your grandson’s life, Suki. Don’t use your granddaughter’s body without her full consent #EastEnders.”
One viewer shared: “Suki tried to manipulate Avani every step of way even making her fearful of her own parents, in order to buy her baby. The last scene Avani in her mother’s arms with her father Ravi standing ready to protect his daughter. That was all she ever needed and Suki knew #EastEnders.”
Another chimed in: “Which will probably go something like this. All hell will break loose with Priya and Ravi after Avani’s abortion. Suki will march off with her suitcase to Tube station, Eve apologising running behind begging to go with her.”
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One and iPlayer
