‘Glowing’ Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins shares beautiful update with baby
While Emmerdale’s Victoria Sugden had quiet a dark exit after falling victim to vicious blackmail upon murdering her unhinged brother, John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth), actress Isabel Hodgins has been on a much nicer journey.
Back in February, Isabel took to Instagram to reveal that her baby girl, Georgie Grace, had been born and since then, she’s updated her followers on her motherhood journey frequently, documenting the highs and lows of becoming a first-time parent.
This week, Isabel uploaded a carousel of images showing herself and her husband, Adam Whitehead, holding baby Georgie, while dining out.
She captioned the post: ‘Spontaneous Wednesday lunch’.
Eden Taylor-Draper who stars in Emmerdale alongside Isabel as Belle Dingle commented: ‘Pretty princesses’, while Kerry Wyatt actress Laura Norton added: ‘Her arms!’
In response to Laura, Isabel said: ‘so chunky’, while Laura replied: ‘the chunkier the better’.
Days later, Isabel uploaded a video showing Georgie taking part in her first ever photoshoot.
‘Her first photoshoot… and my heart wasn’t ready’, she captioned the post.
Kate Williams, the photographer said: ‘Dream girl! Made a start today and she’s literally smiling on them all!’
@bernadette_oreilly70 commented on the video, saying: ‘I love how you and Adam allow us to see a bit of your journey with your gorgeous Baby Georgie. It’s so heart warming and always cheers me up’, to which Isabel replied: ‘ aww thank you’.
@mrsdee_rees added: ‘Gorgeous baby gorgeous family, does she ever cry? She just looks so content and happy, in every post, beautiful!’
Isabel responded with a tongue-in-cheek comment: ‘only when she’s hungry really but so do I’.

Isabel previously teased her Emmerdale return, uploading a carousel to Instagram of her visiting the set.
Taking her beautiful daughter to the village set, she captioned the post: ‘Yesterday was special,
‘For the first time, I got to show Georgie (and Adam) around the village that’s been such a huge part of my life.
‘I’ve been lucky enough to call this place work since I was 12 years old, so sharing it with my little family meant so much.
‘GG’s verdict? She’d quite happily move in’
Amid the wave of well wishes and excitement from Emmerdale viewers, fan-favourite Chris Coghill, who plays the utterly unique sometimes-armed robber Kev Townsend, joked that he’d not let the trespassing go lightly: ‘Just so you know, I’ve alerted security’.
