DS Ramsden’s scenes with Graham Foster on Emmerdale have left fans wondering if she could be linked to him.
All we know is that she’s targeting the Tates, especially Kim. She wants to “finally take Kim down”. But what if we’re focusing too much on her agenda with the family, as opposed to Graham?
A scene on Tuesday that continued on Wednesday hinted she knew who Graham was. This was not confirmed, but the way she scowled at him when he confronted her for entering Home Farm, there was a look of fury.
Fans also thought there was a hint of Graham knowing who Thea Ramsden was, leading to a theory about them being in cahoots. But teaming up aside, fans think something about Graham’s past could soon be revisited – and it may be linked to detective Ramsden.

Now, fans know that in his past, Graham accidentally killed his pregnant wife Cheryl when he lost control of the car they were in, with him drink driving. Grahm has talked about this loss, and how his decision to drink and drive cost him his family.
Since then, it’s never been suggested that Graham has had any children or any family. But this hasn’t stopped some fans predicting that Thea could be Graham’s daughter.
They think the scene in Home Farm with the pair is a clue, and that Emmerdale are trying to throw us off the scent with the Tate references. It seems some fans are confused, believing Graham had a young daughter who he lost, with some wondering if this could be Thea.
But Grahm’s daughter who sadly died had not been born, and died with Cheryl in the car crash. Other fans think Thea is a different child of Graham’s, and either she’s working with Graham to target Kim, or she’s back to get a mystery revenge on Graham instead.

One fan posted on social media: “I’m guessing DS Ramsden is Graham’s daughter who survived the crash that killed her mam and she was adopted out without Grahams knowledge due to his heavy drinking at the time. She hates Kim because Kim was having an affair with Graham at the time of the crash.”
Of course this theory is not correct, while it can’t be ruled out, because the soap confirmed Graham’s unborn baby died after the crash. Another theory said: “Think Graham knows her. Is she the one he was talking to, maybe his daughter?”
A third fan said: “Yes I think it’s Graham’s daughter too.” So is Thea the child of Graham, and is she back to unite with him, or even take revenge on him?
