EastEnders shock as steamy affair sparks up between Max and Priya after he PROPOSED to another woman
TONIGHT’s episode of EastEnders will see the start of a steamy new affair between Max Branning and Priya Nandra-Hart.
He seeks solace in her after girlfriend Cindy Beale rejects his marriage proposal in front of everyone at Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall’s wedding reception.
She’s also mending a broken heart after Ravi Gulati dumped her and walked out on her and her kids, Nugget and Avani, last week.
As the party is in full swing, Priya heads back to the car lot, where Max is hiding after being knocked back.
The pair head back to his for a drink as he tells her: “You deserve better!”
As they open up about their individual heartbreaks, it soon get flirty between them as one things leads to another.
She sits down on a chair and remarks: “Put your glass down, come over here and get on your knees.”
Not one to be told twice, Max necks his drink and stares intensely at Priya, before the episode ends with an iconic ‘duff duff’ moment.
The characters first interacted when Max’s daughter Lauren hired her to work at the car lot with her and her dad.
They then got into a car crash when Priya’s car collided into Max’s car at the height of Ravi’s mental health issues.
On New Year’s Day, the BBC One soap aired a special flash-forward episode that was focused on Max.
In the future instalment, he was seen getting ready for his wedding day to a mystery woman.
However, the womaniser woke up on his special day with another mystery woman, who was revealed to be pregnant.
But never one to be without chaos, it was told to viewers that Max had found himself in trouble as the police closed in on him.
As he desperately tried to get away, his daughter Lauren told the police where he was.
This led to Max getting arrested and being carted off by the old bill.
Viewers will have to tune in to see if Cindy has a change of heart about marrying Max and if Priya is the woman that Max gets pregnant.
