Fans think there’s an almighty twist on the way on Emmerdale after Ray Walters’ m.u.r.d.e.r this week. We don’t know who k.i.l.l.e.d him, only that he is d.e.a.d and someone disposed of the body. It was hidden in a depot van where it remains, while suspects teased onscreen included Ross Barton, Rhona Goskirk, Marlon Dingle and Laurel Thomas.
Fans think it’s none of these people though who committed the crime. They’re all hiding something, but fans believe someone who is said to have d.i.e.d last week may be the k.i.l.l.e.r. Ray stabbed his mother Celia Daniels, a fellow villain, to d.e.a.t.h in shocking twist. Fans are wondering though if Celia is somehow still alive, and perhaps she came back for revenge.

The theory is that Celia k.i.l.l.e.d Ray, and she was the person seen dragging the wrapped corpse across the ground. Taking to social media, one fan predicted: “Bet Celia k.i.l.l.e.d Ray. Still alive.”
Another agreed: “Big twist is if Celia somehow miraculously survived and then k.i.l.l.e.d Ray.” A third added: “Question do we REALLY KNOW Celia is actually d.e.a.d?”
A fourth fan said: “Watch Celia not be d.e.a.d and its her who’s k.i.l.l.e.d Ray,” as another wrote: “Celia alive.” Another theory saw fans predict returning character Graham Foster was to blame.
The character made a shock comeback to soap land on Monday evening, during Emmerdale’s crossover with Coronation Street. We saw him driving a van, with a young girl named Jodie tied up in the back.
His identity was revealed when he visited Joe Tate at the hospital, while he didn’t speak with Joe. After all, everyone thinks he’s d.e.a.d after he was m.u.r.d.e.r.e.d on the soap in 2020 by Pierce Harris.

We saw Graham on the phone to someone, and fans now think it could be Rhona, his ex, as she was also on the phone to a mystery person that same day. One fan posted: “Maybe Rhona was on the phone to Graham who she knew was still alive & asked him to k.i.l.l Ray!!”
Another said: “I like this theory,” as a third added: “So, was Rhona on the phone to Graham and it was him that’s done Ray in?” Another fan agreed: “Sooo was it Graham that Rhona was on the phone with and had she asked him to k.i.l.l Ray?”
A further reply read: “Ooh gosh yes!! But how did she know Graham was still alive?” A fan posted: “Right this might make no sense but maybe Rhona knew Graham actually survived & that’s who she was making the phone call too earlier. Graham was the one who .k.i.l.l.e.d Ray???”
