There’s tragedy around the corner on Emmerdale, with a character confirmed to be k.i.l.l.e.d off.
Sad scenes will see one character d.i.e, and soon a body is found in a grim twist. This week, we saw Bear Wolf’s friend Anya seriously unwell after being captured by Ray Walters.
Anya had been working on Celia Daniels’ farm with Bear before making her big escape. She was captured though and brought back, with it soon revealed she was injured.
As she received no medical help, Bear nursed her and begged Ray to get her some help. During Thursday’s episode, which dropped in the morning on ITVX, Anya deteriorated and was in a really bad state, in and out of consciousness.
Ray claimed he would help but did nothing, and now it’s been confirmed that in sad scenes, Anya will pass away. Bear will be left distraught, unable to help the young mum as she loses her life due to Ray’s negligence and refusal to get her checked over.

Spoilers for next week’s episodes confirmed Anya would d.i.e before the scenes aired, and with that it was confirmed her body would be buried on the farm. Prior to this, someone finds her body in grim scenes.
It leads to a discovery that leaves Bear furious, and he soon lashes out at Ray. Next week, Bear has been lied to about what has happened to Anya’s body, with Ray not being truthful.
Soon, some of the workers are horrified when they find Anya’s d.e.a.d body in the feed shed. They waste no time in telling a sickened Bear who cannot believe the way they have discarded poor Anya after her tragic d.e.a.t.h.
Bear confronts Ray asking if it’s true, and demanding something be done – but will Ray manage to get out of this latest betrayal? Soon, Bear wants to hold a funeral for his late friend.

In a horrifying twist, Bear is tasked with digging Anya’s grave before a makeshift funeral is carried out. Bear will sing to tragic Anya has he says his goodbyes, but can Celia and Ray cover up the crime?
Bear actor Joshua Richards discussed the tough storyline, revealing his character may be beyond saving. He explained: “Bear is going through a very difficult time in his life, and he’s possibly confused, not very well and he is probably drug-addled.
“He’s not knowing where he is or what he’s doing. He’s too far gone at this point, he’s decided in his mind already that he’s walked out the door and he’s never be coming back.”
