Andy Is NO ONE’S Friend?! The Ugly Truth About Her “Sisters”

🔥 Andy Is NO ONE’S Friend?! The Ugly Truth About Her “Sisters”

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been having some amazing discussions with fans about Andy and her treatment of Fatima — especially her shade over Fatima’s success with the athletic clients at the firm. And honestly? These conversations have only reinforced something I’ve believed since season one: Andrea Barnes is no one’s real friend.

Andy vs. Fatima: The Hypocrisy

When it comes to Fatima, Andy can suddenly find her voice. She’s snippy, passive-aggressive, condescending, and quick to play “boss.”
But when it comes to Karen? Andy becomes meek. She can never stand up to her, even when Karen is clearly being controlling or manipulative.

Karen vs. Andy: Who’s Really the Friend?

Let’s be real. Between Fatima and Karen, Fatima has shown Andy more genuine loyalty.
Meanwhile, Karen is always barking orders, giving ultimatums, and accusing Andy of betrayal. She’s even thrown Andy out of her home multiple times.

So how does Andy have the audacity to tell Fatima to “step it up”?
The irony is painful.

Were They Ever True Friends?

If we go back to season one, many fans (myself included) noticed that the four women didn’t feel like true friends. They seemed like “friends by proximity” — bound by some unspoken past.

Remember when it was hinted that Danny, Sabrina, and Karen did something to Andy’s abusive college boyfriend to get rid of him? We never learned what, but my theory has always been: maybe they killed him. Otherwise, why would they stay tied together all these years?

The Core Four Was Always Split

The group never gelled as a whole. It was always split: Danny & Sabrina vs. Andy & Karen.
Andy and Karen held secrets from the others, treating themselves as “above” Sabrina and especially Danny.

And Danny? She was the only one bold enough to call out their nonsense. That’s why Karen never liked her — Danny wouldn’t fall in line.

Toxic Bonds

The truth is, Andy and Karen clicked because they were both toxic. Andy was having a six-month affair with a married man, while Karen was stuck in her on-again, off-again chaos with Zac. Their dysfunction bonded them.

Meanwhile, Fatima was pulled into Andy’s orbit, but instead of dragging her down, Fatima has thrived — and that’s where Andy’s jealousy shows.

Karen’s “Legitimate” Gripes vs. Andy’s Pettiness

Let’s not forget: Karen had a valid reason to be upset with Pam, who was literally draining the salon’s funds to start her own brand.
Andy’s beef with Fatima, on the other hand? Pure jealousy. Fatima actually has Hayden, a tax attorney, backing her up — she’s above board. Andy just looks petty, bitter, and threatened.

Why Andy Is the Worst

Other characters have called her out before:

  • Jasmine exposed Andy for wrecking her marriage.

  • Hudson pointed out how Andy jumps from man to man, leaving destruction behind.

  • Even fans have noticed she only rises by stepping on others.

Andy isn’t someone to root for. She’s manipulative, toxic, and selfish. She’s made it this far not by talent or integrity, but by using people.

Final Word

Andy is not a good person. She’s not Fatima’s friend. She’s not Karen’s friend. She’s no one’s friend.
And the sooner fans admit this, the clearer the entire show becomes.
